Donate a Car Canada

Donate a Car Canada accepts vehicle donations for Food Banks Canada. Free towing is provided in most areas across Canada, or you can drop off your vehicle to maximize your donation. When you donate your car, truck, RV, boat, or motorcycle to Food Banks Canada through Donate a Car Canada, it will either be recycled or sold at auction (depending on its condition, age and location). Donate a Car Canada will look after all the details to make it easy for Food Banks Canada to benefit. Walmart Canada is kicking off its 9th annual national ‘Fight Hunger. Spark Change.’ campaign!

Walmart Canada is kicking off its 9th annual national ‘Fight Hunger. Spark Change.’ campaign in partnership with Food Banks Canada to raise funds for local food banks. From February 20 until March 19, customers are invited to make a donation at the checkout, online or donating non-perishable food items and essential household item in-store at their local Walmart store. Walmart Canada will also be contributing $1 million to the cause!

Loblaws Feed More Families™ Spring Food Drive

The Feed More Families™ Spring Food Drive takes place March 13 to April 2, 2025, in Loblaw banner stores across Canada. Customers can donate non-perishable food items in-store to the donation bin or make a monetary donation at checkout wherever Presidents Choice products are sold. 100 percent of food and funds donated in stores are directed to their locally matched food bank.

Based on Food Banks Canada meal metric, $1 = 2 meals.
